What is the delivery time?
If the order is placed on Monday through Friday, the items will be shipped the next day. You will often receive the items the day after shipping date. However, we depend on a third party shipping processor so the expected delivery time may vary. You do not pay shipping costs for fast delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. For orders placed abroad, there are different delivery times.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your items. However, this is only possible by appointment. You must have received a confirmation. If there is no confirmation, no appointment has been made.
What are the delivery costs?
Netherlands: orders over €75 get free shipping. For orders below €75 we follow standard shipping costs of €6,95.
Elsewhere in Europe: orders over €99 get free shipping. For orders below €99 we follow standard shipping costs of €9,95.
Global shipping: standard shipping costs of €20,95.
I have not yet received a confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation in your mail within an hour (please check your spam as well). Unfortunately we cannot always prevent mails ending up in the spam box. Therefore be sure to check if the mail you are missing is in there. If not, you can always contact us by e-mail: MMG23vintage@gmail.com.
My item is damaged
I'm sorry to hear that. We always try to list all damages but sometimes we overlook something. We'd like to offer our sincere apologies for the fact that the item was not in the state you wanted it to be when you received it. Be aware the item is vintage and may have minor damages (see disclaimer). However, it is our responsibility to make sure that every item we ship is in good condition despite being vintage.
We carefully check each item for stains and damage before we ship it, to ensure that our customers always receive good quality.
If something clearly went wrong in the process we will be happy to see how we can solve this issue.

Please always send us an e-mail to MMG23vintage@gmail.com including pictures of any damage and we will look for an appropriate solution ASAP.
Exchanging the item is possible if the damage was not listed on our website, this is done by reporting the item in the return portal. See the condition for this in our return policy.
I entered the wrong address when I ordered
In that case, contact us immediately. If you are fortunate your package isn't shipped yet and we can update the address with our carrier. We will do our best to help you, but if the package has already been sent, there is nothing more we can do.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
It is only possible to cancel your order on the same day you placed the order. We process orders very quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, it is important that you contact us as soon as possibly. It is only possible to cancel your order by e-mail during customer service hours.
My size is different than what I ordered
It can be frustrating when the item does not fit as expected. While we may not have explicitly stated it in the description, we consistently provide the size "On Label" that matches the size listed on your item. Our recommended size is listed along with a disclaimer to ensure the best fit. In addition, we include details about the model's measurements and usual clothing size for comparison.
Vintage clothing, often washed, may vary in size and appear smaller or larger than indicated. It is important to note that historical sizing standards were different, where an XL was once the same as an M/L now.
Despite these factors, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the size difference.
But yes, you can return your items.
Can I return my items?
First of all, what a shame that your order is not what you had hoped it would be. But yes, it is possible to return your items. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
What items are returnable?
- We offer a 7-days return policy, meaning you have 7 days after the delivery date to request a return in our return portal.
- Items must be unused, resellable, or defective items not listed on the website.
- They must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The ribbon must still be attached to the clothing.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
- Discounted items.
- Items lost or stolen after delivery.
- Items lost or stolen after shipping.
- If the purchased product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Vintage items may have pre-existing damage, which we try to note in the item description. If undisclosed damage is found, the item can be returned.
- Returns such as underwear or swimwear cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
IMPORTANT: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Upon approval of the return request, a shipping label will be sent to the customer. This shipping label can be used to return the products. Items must be submitted through the return portal within 7 business days after receipt.

Has my return arrived?
We expect to receive your return in our warehouse within 5 business days. Once we have received your shipment you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We then strive to process your return within 7 business days.
